Access Documents

Cardinal has teamed with Pilera Software to offer enhanced web portal services to our clients, including access to Association’s documents for Board Members such as Board Packets, Financials, Contracts and Governing Documents.  Visit the “Access My Account” link here or via the home page of our website.  Not only will you have access to your personal owner account information, you will also have pertinent Board documents at your fingertips.  The above listing of documents is the standard basic set-up for all of our Directors.  However, this is not an exhaustive list and the Board may choose to include additional documents.  Just ask your community manager!

How To Access Documents

After logging into your owner account, click on “Community,” then “Documents.”

The below screen will appear, which will show recently uploaded documents, as well as a list of the document categories. Click on the document category to view documents within that category, e.g. Board Packets, Contracts, Financials or Governing Documents.
